Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Camera Body
Wipe the camera body gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use organic solvents or strong alkaline cleaners.
2. Cleaning the Lens and Sensor
Use a blower brush to remove dust from the lens surface. For stubborn smudges, use a lens cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth. For sensor cleaning, it is recommended to use a professional service or a dedicated sensor cleaning kit with extreme care.
3. Battery Care
Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid extreme temperatures. Recharge the battery at least once every six months to maintain its lifespan.
Troubleshooting
1. Camera Not Powering On
- Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted.
- Check if the ON/OFF switch is in the 'ON' position.
2. Images Are Blurry
- Check your focus mode (Autofocus vs. Manual Focus).
- Ensure sufficient lighting for your shot.
- Verify shutter speed is fast enough to prevent motion blur, especially in low light or with moving subjects.
- Clean the lens if smudges are present.
3. Memory Card Error
- Ensure the memory card is inserted correctly.
- Try formatting the card (this will erase all data, so back up first).
- Test with a different, compatible memory card.
