Setup

1. Assembly

The vacuum is designed for easy assembly. Simply connect the main vacuum unit to the extension wand, and then attach the floorhead. Ensure all connections click securely into place.

2. Charging the Battery

The 20V MAX Lithium-Ion battery can be charged either while installed in the vacuum or separately. Use the provided 3-in-1 multi-way charger. A full charge takes approximately 55 minutes. The battery features an indicator to show the charge level.

Important Charging Notes:

• Always charge the battery in a dry area between 40°F (4.5°C) and 104°F (40°C).
• Do not charge the battery pack in an air temperature below 40°F (4.5°C) or above 104°F (40°C).
• The charger and battery pack may become warm to the touch while charging. This is normal.
• If the battery pack does not charge properly, check the receptacle by plugging in a lamp or other appliance.
• If the charger cord is damaged, do not use it.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off and Speed Control

Press the power button to turn the vacuum on or off. Use the 3-speed control buttons to select the appropriate power level for your cleaning task:

• Low Speed: Ideal for hard floors and light debris, maximizing runtime.
• Medium Speed: Suitable for area rugs and general cleaning.
• High Speed (Turbo): Provides maximum suction for deep cleaning carpets and stubborn dirt.

2. Using as a Stick Vacuum

The angled floorhead and anti-tangle brush bar are designed to clean multiple surfaces, from hard floors to area rugs and carpets. The V-shaped bristle pattern efficiently picks up messes of various sizes, including pet hair, dust, and crumbs. Integrated LED lights on the floorhead illuminate the cleaning path, making dirt and debris visible even in dimly lit areas.

3. Converting to a Hand Vacuum

To convert to a hand vacuum, detach the main unit from the extension wand. You can then attach the crevice tool with a flip-out brush directly to the main unit for cleaning stairs, furniture, car interiors, and other hard-to-reach areas.

Maintenance
