4. Installation Instructions

The RANZHIX Mini Tank Water Heater is designed for wall-mounted, floor-standing, or under-sink installation. It must be installed vertically. Ensure you have the recommended minimum reserved installation space of 30 x 30 x 25 cm (11.81 x 11.81 x 9.84 inches).

1. Prepare Mounting Location: Drill holes in the desired wall location according to the unit's mounting points. Insert the provided plastic expansion tubes into the drilled holes.
2. Mount the Heater: Securely tighten the water heater to the wall using screws. Ensure the water heater is installed in a vertical orientation.
3. Connect Water Pipes:
   • Connect the cold water inlet pipe to the inlet nipple (bottom inlet).
   • Connect the hot water outlet pipe to the outlet nipple.
   • The inlet and outlet use universal G1/2 inch interfaces, compatible with various water pipes and faucets.
4. Fill System and Check for Leaks: Before connecting the power supply, fill the water heater tank and the entire system with water. Carefully check all connections for any leaks.
5. Purge Air from System: Open the hot water faucet connected to the unit until a constant stream of water flows from it. This ensures all air is purged from the system. Failure to purge air before connecting power may cause damage to the heating element.
6. Connect Power: Once the system is filled with water and free of leaks and air, connect the power cord to a suitable triangular socket.

5. Operation

The RANZHIX Mini Tank Water Heater provides hot water within 3-5 seconds of activation. It features a touch button for control and a clear digital temperature display.

1. Power On/Off: Press the touch button to turn the unit on or off.
2. Temperature Adjustment:
   • The unit can automatically adjust and recognize the most suitable constant temperature. To activate this feature, press and hold the power button for 6 seconds.
   • The water temperature can also be controlled by adjusting the water flow:
     • Large water flow: Results in lower water temperature.
     • Small water flow: Results in higher water temperature.
3. Temperature Display: The digital display shows the current water temperature. The operating temperature range is 68-122 °F (20-50 °C).
