Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Console

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the console. For screens, a microfiber cloth is recommended. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the screens or casing.

2. Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid exposing the console to extreme temperatures. If the console will not be used for an extended period, ensure it is fully charged before storage and periodically recharge it to prevent deep discharge.

3. SD Card Handling

Always ensure the console is powered off before inserting or removing an SD Card. Improper handling can lead to data corruption or damage to the card slot.

Troubleshooting

Console Does Not Power On

If the console does not power on, ensure the battery is charged. Connect the AC adapter and attempt to power on the system. If the issue persists, the battery may need replacement or there could be an internal hardware issue.

Screen Issues (Discoloration, Scratches)

As a renewed product, minor screen imperfections such as light scratches or slight discoloration may be present. If these issues significantly impair functionality or are beyond expected wear, refer to the seller's return or warranty policy.

Game Card Not Recognized

Ensure the game card is fully and correctly inserted into the slot. Try removing and re-inserting the card. Clean the contacts on the game card with a soft, dry cloth if necessary. Test with another game card to determine if the issue is with the console or the specific game card.
