Cleaning Your Keyboard

Keyboard Not Connecting or Responding
- Check Power: Ensure the keyboard is turned on and sufficiently charged.
- Re-pair: If using Bluetooth, remove the keyboard from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair it. If using Logi Bolt, try re-pairing via Logi Options+ software.

- Interference: Move the keyboard closer to your computer and away from other wireless devices that might cause interference.
Keys Not Working or Lagging
- Clean Keys: Ensure no debris is lodged under the keys. Refer to the cleaning section.
- Software Update: Ensure your operating system and Logi Options+ software are up to date.
- Restart: Restart your computer and the keyboard.
Backlighting Issues
- Battery Level: Backlighting may dim or turn off automatically when the battery is low to conserve power. Charge the keyboard.
