2. Safety Information

Always follow basic safety precautions when installing or maintaining this product to reduce the risk of injury or damage. Professional installation is recommended.

• Ensure all local plumbing and building codes are met.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses and gloves.
• Due to the weight of the vanity and countertop, a minimum of two people is required for lifting and positioning.
• Handle the marble countertop with care to prevent chipping or cracking.
• Do not overtighten fasteners, as this may damage the materials.

3. Package Contents

Verify that all components are present and undamaged before beginning installation. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer service.

5. Setup & Installation

The vanity arrives fully assembled with an open back for plumbing access. The countertop is not attached to the vanity and requires separate installation of the sink and countertop.

5.1 Tools and Materials Needed:

• Pencil
• Silicone gun and silicone sealant
• Towel or cloth
• Undermount clips (included)

5.2 Installation Steps:

1. Place the basin on the bottom of the countertop: Carefully position the porcelain sink upside down on the underside of the marble countertop, aligning it with the pre-cut opening.

2. Mark the position of the basin: Use a pencil to trace the outline of the basin onto the countertop to ensure proper alignment.

3. Apply silicone on the top of the basin edge: Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant along the top edge of the basin where it will meet the countertop.

4. Flip the basin and place it: Carefully flip the basin and place it onto the marked position on the underside of the countertop. Allow 12 to 24 hours for the silicone to dry.

5. Attach undermount clips: Secure the basin to the countertop using the provided undermount clips and screws.

6. Apply silicone around the top of the base cabinet: Apply a bead of silicone sealant along the top edges of the vanity base cabinet where the countertop will rest.

7. Set countertop in place: With assistance, carefully lift the countertop (with the attached sink) and place it onto the base cabinet, aligning it properly.

8. Set backsplash: Apply silicone on the countertop where the backsplash will sit and also behind the backsplash. Carefully place the backsplash against the wall and countertop.

9. Wipe away excess silicone: Immediately wipe away any excess silicone with a damp cloth for a clean finish.

6.1 Soft-Closing Doors and Drawers:

The vanity features 2 soft-closing doors and 9 full-extension soft-closing drawers. This mechanism ensures quiet operation and prevents slamming, extending the lifespan of the cabinet components.

The drawers are constructed with dovetail joinery, a traditional woodworking technique known for its strength and durability, ensuring long-lasting performance.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Marble Countertop Care:

• The Italian Carrara Marble countertop is professionally sealed. To maintain its appearance, clean spills immediately.
• Use a soft cloth and a mild, pH-neutral cleaner specifically designed for natural stone.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, acidic substances (like lemon juice or vinegar), and harsh chemicals, as these can etch or damage the marble.
• Periodically re-seal the marble as recommended by a stone care professional to protect against stains.

7.2 Cabinet Care:

• The solid hardwood and plywood cabinet features a durable Sherwin-Williams PU coating.
• Clean the cabinet surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
• Avoid excessive moisture and harsh chemicals to prevent damage to the finish.
• Promptly wipe away any water splashes to prevent moisture damage.

8. Troubleshooting

• Issue: Drawers or doors do not close smoothly.
  Solution: Check for any obstructions in the drawer slides or door hinges. Ensure the soft-close mechanisms are clean and free of debris. Adjust hinges if necessary.
