Pre-Installation Checklist
Before beginning installation, please confirm the following:

Setup Instructions
The HUANUO PC Monitor Arm offers two installation methods: C-Clamp and Grommet Mount. Choose the method suitable for your desk.

1. C-Clamp Installation
- Attach the C-clamp base to the bottom of the main pole using the provided screws.
- Position the C-clamp on the edge of your desk. Ensure the desk thickness is between 20mm and 90mm.
- Tighten the clamp screw until the base is firmly secured to the desk. Do not overtighten.

2. Grommet Mount Installation
- If your desk has a grommet hole, ensure its diameter is between 10mm and 50mm and the desk thickness is between 20mm and 90mm.
- Insert the grommet bolt through the desk hole and secure it from underneath with the provided washer and nut.
- Attach the grommet base to the main pole and then to the grommet bolt, tightening securely.
3. Attaching the Monitor Arm and Monitor
- Slide the monitor arm onto the main pole.
- Attach the VESA plate to the back of your monitor using the appropriate screws. Ensure the screws are tightened firmly.
- Carefully slide the monitor (with the attached VESA plate) onto the arm's VESA head. Secure it with the locking screw.
4. Gas Spring Tension Adjustment
After attaching the monitor, you must adjust the gas spring tension to match your monitor's weight. This ensures the arm holds the monitor securely and allows for smooth adjustments.
- Use the included Allen key to adjust the tension screw located on the arm.
- Turn clockwise (-) to reduce tension for lighter monitors.
- Turn counter-clockwise (+) to increase tension for heavier monitors.
- Adjust until the monitor stays in position when released and can be moved smoothly with minimal effort.
Operating Instructions (Adjustments)
Your HUANUO monitor arm allows for flexible positioning to optimize your viewing experience and ergonomics.

- Height Adjustment: Gently push or pull the monitor up or down. The gas spring mechanism will assist in holding the monitor at your desired height.
- Tilt Adjustment: The VESA plate allows tilting the monitor +85° upwards and -30° downwards. Loosen the tilt screw slightly if movement is too stiff, then retighten once the desired angle is set.
- Swivel Adjustment: The monitor can swivel ±90° left and right at the VESA plate. The arm joint also allows 360° rotation.
- Rotation: The VESA plate supports 360° rotation, allowing you to switch between landscape and portrait orientations.
Cable Management
The monitor arm features integrated cable management clips to keep your workspace tidy. Route your monitor and power cables through these clips along the arm to maintain a clean and organized setup.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the monitor arm with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Periodic Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
