- Unpack the bamboo stand components.
- Align the stand pieces and secure them according to the provided diagram, ensuring a stable base. A Phillips screwdriver may be required to tighten screws for stability.
4.2. Install the Spigot
- Ensure the rubber washer is correctly positioned on the spigot's threaded shaft.
- Insert the spigot through the hole in the glass vessel from the outside.
- Place the second rubber washer on the threaded shaft from the inside of the vessel.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Filling the Dispenser
After initial setup, fill the top section of the dispenser with tap water. The water will slowly filter through the pH001 filter into the main glass vessel.
5.2. Dispensing Water
Once the water has filtered into the main vessel, use the spigot to dispense purified alkaline water. The dispenser has an 8.5L (2.25 Gallon) capacity.

6. Maintenance
6.1. Filter Replacement
The pH001 filter has a capacity of up to 1000 liters (264 gallons) or approximately 3-4 months of use for 3-4 people. Replace the filter regularly to maintain optimal water quality and filtration performance.

Figure 6: One filter can replace approximately 750 plastic water bottles, contributing to waste reduction.
6.2. Cleaning the Dispenser
Regularly clean the glass vessel, bamboo lid, and spigot with mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembly. Do not use abrasive sponges or cleaners that could scratch the glass or damage the bamboo finish. The dispenser is not dishwasher safe.
7. Troubleshooting
- Slow Filtration: If filtration is unusually slow, ensure the filter has been properly soaked and rinsed as per setup instructions. A clogged filter may also indicate it's time for replacement.
- Leaking Spigot: Check that both rubber washers are correctly positioned on either side of the glass vessel and that the nut is securely tightened. Avoid overtightening, which can damage the washers.
- Unusual Taste: Ensure the initial flushing steps were completed. If an unusual taste persists, the filter may need further rinsing or replacement.
- Water Not Alkaline: Verify that the pH001 filter is correctly installed and has been properly prepared. Filter performance can decrease over time, indicating a need for replacement.
