Controls and Features:

Setup

Powering the Boombox:

Your boombox can be powered by AC power or batteries.

AC Power:

1. Ensure the boombox is turned off.
2. Insert the included power cord into the AC input jack on the back of the unit.
3. Plug the other end of the power cord into a standard AC wall outlet (120V ~ 60Hz).

Battery Power (Batteries not included):

1. Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the unit.
2. Insert the required number of C-size batteries (usually 6), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Operating Instructions

CD Playback:

1. Press the Power button to turn on the boombox.
2. Set the Function Selector to 'CD'.
3. Open the CD compartment cover.
4. Place a CD (Audio CD, CD-R/-RW) onto the spindle with the label side facing up.
5. Close the CD compartment cover. The CD will begin to play automatically or display the total number of tracks.
6. Use the Play/Pause, Stop, Skip/Search buttons to control playback.
7. To program tracks: While in stop mode, press the 'Program' button. Select desired tracks using Skip/Search, then press 'Program' again to confirm each track. Press 'Play' to start programmed playback.
8. To repeat tracks/CD: Press the 'Repeat' button during playback. Press once for single track repeat, twice for all tracks repeat.

AM/FM Radio Operation:

1. Press the Power button to turn on the boombox.
2. Set the Function Selector to 'AM' or 'FM'.
3. Extend the FM telescopic antenna for better FM reception. For AM, rotate the unit for best reception.
4. Use the Tuning Dial to select your desired radio station.
5. Adjust the Volume control to your preferred listening level.

Using the Auxiliary Input:

1. Press the Power button to turn on the boombox.
2. Set the Function Selector to 'AUX'.
3. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the 'AUX IN' jack on the boombox.
4. Connect the other end of the audio cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device (e.g., MP3 player, smartphone).
5. Start playback on your external device.
6. Adjust the volume on both the boombox and your external device for optimal sound.
