Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press the power button on the controller to turn the heating pad on or off. The LCD screen will illuminate.
2. Adjust Heat Settings: Use the 'Heat' up and down arrow buttons to select your desired heat level. There are 6 heat settings available, ranging from 105°F to 140°F. The selected setting will be displayed on the LCD screen.
3. Automatic Shut-Off: By default, the heating pad is set to automatically shut off after 120 minutes (2 hours) to conserve energy and ensure safety. The '2HR' indicator light will be on.
4. Stay On Option: If you prefer the heating pad to remain on continuously, press the 'Stay On' button. The 'Stay On' indicator light will illuminate, and the 2-hour auto shut-off will be deactivated.
5. Moist Heat Therapy: For deeper heat penetration, lightly dampen the microplush fabric of the heating pad with a spray bottle before use. Do not soak the pad.
