Setup

Follow these steps to set up your pressure washer for first-time use.

  1. Attach the High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the outlet on the pressure washer unit and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are secure.
  2. Connect Water Supply: Attach a standard garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Use the provided garden hose adapter if necessary. Ensure the water supply is clean and free of debris.
  3. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The power cord features GFCI protection for safety.
  4. Purge Air from System: Before turning on the unit, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to allow water to flow through the system and expel any trapped air. This helps protect the pump.

Operating Instructions

Once set up, you can begin using your pressure washer for various cleaning tasks.

Starting the Unit:

  1. Ensure the water supply is fully turned on.
  2. Turn the ON/OFF switch on the pressure washer to the "ON" position. The motor will start.
  3. Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to begin spraying. The unit features a Total Stop System (TSS) which automatically shuts off the pump when the trigger is not engaged, saving energy and prolonging pump life.

Cleaning Tips:

  • Always test the spray on an inconspicuous area first to avoid damaging the surface.
  • Maintain a safe distance from the surface being cleaned. Adjust the distance to control the pressure.
  • Work from top to bottom on vertical surfaces to allow gravity to assist in rinsing away dirt.
