Setup Instructions

  1. Choose a Location: Select a flat, level, and clear area in your yard. Remove any sharp objects, stones, or debris that could puncture the pool. Ensure the area is close enough to a water source for the sprayer.
  2. Unfold the Pool: Carefully unfold the pool and lay it flat on the chosen surface.
  3. Inflate the Pool: The pool has multiple air chambers. Locate the inflation valves for the base and the rainbow canopy. Using an Intex manual or electric air pump (sold separately), inflate each chamber until it is firm to the touch but not rigid. Do not over-inflate. Ensure all valves are securely closed after inflation.
  4. Connect Water Sprayer: Locate the sprayer nozzle on the side of the pool. Connect a standard garden hose to this nozzle. Ensure the connection is secure to prevent leaks.
  5. Fill with Water: Begin filling the pool with water. Do not exceed the recommended water level of 10 cm (4 inches) or 84 liters capacity.

Operating Instructions

  1. Supervision: Always ensure an adult is actively supervising children while they are in or near the pool.
  2. Water Sprayer Activation: Once the garden hose is connected, turn on the water supply to activate the rainbow sprayer. Adjust the water pressure as desired.
  3. Play Safely: Encourage children to play gently and avoid roughhousing. Remind them not to run around the pool or dive into the shallow water.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After each use, drain the water from the pool. Wipe down the interior surfaces with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry completely before deflating.
  • Draining: To drain the pool, locate the drain plug (if present, typically on the bottom of the pool) and open it. Alternatively, carefully tip the pool to empty the water.
  • Storage: Once completely dry, deflate all air chambers. Fold the pool neatly and store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it away from rodents and sharp objects.
  • Repair Patch: In case of a small puncture, use the included repair patch. Clean and dry the damaged area thoroughly. Apply the patch firmly over the hole and press down for several minutes. Allow sufficient time for the adhesive to cure before re-inflating.

Troubleshooting

  • Pool is deflating: Check all inflation valves to ensure they are securely closed. Inspect the pool surface for any punctures or leaks. Use the included repair patch for small holes.
  • Water sprayer not working or weak: Ensure the garden hose is properly connected and the water supply is turned on. Check for kinks in the hose or blockages in the sprayer nozzle.
  • Rainbow canopy is unstable: Ensure the canopy air chamber is fully inflated and the valve is securely closed. Uneven ground can also affect stability.
