2. Setup
2.1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully open the product packaging and ensure all components are present. The standard package includes the Surfans F20 player, a USB charging/data cable, a pre-installed 64GB micro SD card, and this user manual.

2.2. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the Surfans F20. Connect the provided USB cable to the micro USB port on the player and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
2.3. Inserting/Managing Storage
The F20 player comes with a 64GB micro SD card already inserted. You can expand the storage up to 256GB using a larger micro SD card (up to 128GB) or via USB OTG (On-The-Go) with another 128GB storage device (OTG cable not included).

2.4. Powering On/Off and Language Selection
To power on the device, press and hold the power button located on the top of the player for a few seconds until the screen lights up. To power off, press and hold the same button until the device shuts down.
