1. Introduction and Overview

The iClever DK03 is a versatile wireless keyboard designed for seamless multi-device connectivity. It supports both Bluetooth 4.2 and 2.4G wireless connection technologies, allowing you to connect and switch between up to three devices effortlessly. Its ultra-slim, full-size design features quiet keys, dedicated multimedia function keys, and a convenient number pad, enhancing productivity across various operating systems.

The keyboard is universally compatible with a wide range of devices and operating systems, including Mac, iPad, iPhone, laptops, PCs, Windows, iOS, Mac OS, and Android. Its ergonomic design incorporates a built-in stand to promote healthy posture and reduce wrist strain during extended use.

3. Setup and Connection

3.1. 2.4G Wireless Connection

1. Power on the keyboard using the ON/OFF switch located on the top right side.
2. Plug the 2.4G USB Receiver into an available USB-A port on your computer.
3. Press the 2.4G button on the keyboard to activate 2.4G mode. The keyboard should automatically connect to your device.

3.2. Bluetooth Connection

The keyboard supports two separate Bluetooth channels (BT1 and BT2) for connecting to two different Bluetooth-enabled devices.

1. Power on the keyboard using the ON/OFF switch.
2. Press either the BT1 or BT2 button to select your desired channel.
3. Hold and press the selected BT1 or BT2 button for 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes, indicating Bluetooth pairing mode.
4. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., Mac, iPad, Android tablet), search for available Bluetooth devices and select "iClever IC-DK03 KB" to connect.
5. Once connected, the indicator light will stop flashing.

The iClever DK03 keyboard offers broad compatibility with various operating systems:

• Windows 8 or later
• Android 6.0 or later
• iOS 9.0 or later
• Mac OS X 10.8 or later (with HID profile)

Note: This keyboard is not compatible with Mac mini, Mac studio, XBOX, Samsung Smart TV, Nokia Phones, or generic Bluetooth adapters.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. General Usage

The iClever DK03 features a full-size layout with quiet, scissor-switch keys for a comfortable typing experience. It includes a complete alphanumeric section, a dedicated number pad, and navigation keys.

5.2. Multimedia and Function Keys

The top row of keys (F1-F12) doubles as multimedia and function keys. To use the multimedia functions (e.g., play/pause, volume control), press the Fn key simultaneously with the desired F-key.

5.3. Mac Mode Switching

If you are using the keyboard with a macOS device and experience issues with the "Command" key or shortcuts, press Fn + Q to switch the keyboard to Mac mode.

6. Charging and Battery

The iClever DK03 keyboard is equipped with a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery, offering approximately 90 days of standby time on a single charge. It features an auto-sleep mode function to conserve power and a separate ON/OFF switch for manual power management.

6.1. Charging the Keyboard

• Connect the provided USB charging cable to the keyboard's charging port (located on the top right side).
• Connect the other end of the USB cable to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
• The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging. A full charge typically takes about 2 hours.
• The green indicator light signifies a fully charged keyboard. If the indicator turns red shortly after use, it may be due to a temporary power fluctuation; refer to the battery check function for actual battery level.
• Important: The voltage of the charger should not exceed 5V. You can directly connect to a standard USB port.

6.2. Checking Battery Level

To check the battery level, press the F6 key. The indicator light will flash a certain number of times to indicate the power level:

• One flash: Less than 25% power
• Two flashes: Less than 50% power
• Three flashes: Less than 75% power
• Four flashes: 100% power

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. Failed Bluetooth Connection

1. Ensure the keyboard is fully charged (charge for 2 hours if unsure).
2. On your device, remove or delete all previous Bluetooth connection records for the keyboard.
3. On your device, turn off Bluetooth and then turn it back on to refresh the connection.
4. Follow the Bluetooth Connection steps (Section 3.2) again to re-pair the keyboard.

7.2. Typing Delay, Disconnection, or Lag

1. Ensure your device and the keyboard are in close proximity to each other.
2. Move away from metal objects and other sources of wireless signal interference (e.g., microwaves, cordless phones, baby monitors, wireless speakers, garage door openers, Wi-Fi routers, computer power supplies, strong Wi-Fi signals, metal wiring in walls).
3. Charge the keyboard for at least 2 hours.
4. Ensure your operating system (OS) is up to date.

7.3. Mac "Command" and Shortcuts Not Working

If you are experiencing issues with Mac-specific keys or shortcuts, press Fn + Q to switch the keyboard to Mac mode.
