Setup

1. Power Connection: Insert the power cord into the DC 5V input port on the back of the clock, then plug the 2-pin plug into a 230V AC wall outlet. The display will light up.
2. Battery Backup Installation: Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the clock. Insert three AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-). These batteries maintain time and alarm settings during a power outage, though the display will be off to conserve power. The alarm will still sound during a power outage if activated.
3. Initial Time Setting: Upon first power-on, the time may need to be set. Proceed to the "Operating Instructions" section for detailed steps.

Operating Instructions

Setting the Time:

1. Press and hold the HOUR button to enter time setting mode for hours. The hour digits will flash.
2. While the hour digits are flashing, press the HOUR button repeatedly to advance the hour.
3. Press and hold the MIN button to enter time setting mode for minutes. The minute digits will flash.
4. While the minute digits are flashing, press the MIN button repeatedly to advance the minute.
5. To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format, briefly press the ALARM button during time setting.
6. Release the buttons for a few seconds to exit time setting mode. The time will be saved automatically.

Setting the Alarm:

1. Press and hold the ALARM button to enter alarm setting mode. The alarm hour digits will flash.
2. Press the HOUR button repeatedly to set the desired alarm hour.
3. Press the MIN button repeatedly to set the desired alarm minute.
4. Release the ALARM button for a few seconds to exit alarm setting mode. The alarm time will be saved.
5. To activate or deactivate the alarm, briefly press the ALARM button. An alarm icon will appear on the display when activated.

Snooze Function:

When the alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE button on top of the clock. The alarm will pause for 5 minutes and then sound again. You can press the snooze button continuously until the alarm is manually turned off.

Adjusting Display Brightness (Dimmer):

The clock features a dimmer slider on the side to adjust the brightness of the LED display. Slide the dimmer wheel up or down to achieve your preferred brightness level, from extra bright to very dim, suitable for nighttime use without being intrusive.

Using USB Charging Ports:

The clock is equipped with two USB charging ports on the back, allowing you to charge your smartphone, tablet, or other USB-powered devices (USB cable not included). Simply plug your device's USB cable into one of the ports. These ports are active when the clock is connected to AC power.

Maintenance
