Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the mixer from its packaging. Retain all packaging materials for future storage or shipping.
2. Placement: Place the mixer on a stable, level, and dry surface. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and operation.
3. Power Connection: Connect the 120V, 5-15 Phase Plug to a grounded electrical outlet.
4. Cup Rests: Ensure the cup rests are securely in place. They are designed for easy removal for cleaning.
5. Mixing Cups: Place the stainless steel mixing cups onto the cup rests. The mixer features increased cup clearance, eliminating the need to tilt cups before or after mixing.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

• The WDM360TX features three independent spindles, each with its own 1 HP motor and controls.
• Each spindle can be operated independently with its own programmable timer and speed settings.
• The mixer includes both solid agitators for hard ice creams and butterfly agitators for soft ice creams and mix-ins. Ensure the correct agitator is installed for your application.

Using the Digital Controls

1. Power On: Locate the main power switch, typically on the side or back of the unit, and turn it ON.
2. Set Timer: Use the + and - buttons next to each spindle's digital display to set the desired mixing time. The timer can be programmed before or during operation.
3. Select Speed: Press the SPEED button to cycle through the three available speeds (15,000 RPM, 18,000 RPM, 21,000 RPM). The selected speed will be indicated by illuminated LEDs.
4. Start Mixing: Place the mixing cup with ingredients onto the cup rest. The mixer features automatic start/stop operation; the spindle will activate when the cup is properly seated and deactivate when removed.
5. Pulse Function: For intermittent mixing or to break up larger ingredients, use the PULSE button. The momentary pulse switch will operate at the currently selected speed.
6. Automatic Shutoff: The mixer will automatically shut off once the programmed timer for that spindle reaches zero.

1. Daily Cleaning:
