2. Important Safety Information
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, please observe the following safety precautions:
- Always unplug the air purifier before moving it, opening the grille, changing filters, or whenever it is not in use.
- Do not operate the unit if the power cord or plug is damaged.
- Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces.
- Do not use the air purifier in wet or damp environments, such as bathrooms or laundries.
- Do not insert fingers or foreign objects into any openings.
- Ensure the air inlet and outlet are not blocked.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

4. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components of your HIMOX Air Purifier:

- Air Inlet: Located around the lower part of the unit, where air is drawn in for purification.
- Air Outlet: Located at the top of the unit, where purified air is released.
- Control Panel: Touch-sensitive buttons for power, fan speed, timer, and filter reset.
- Essential Oil Port: Located at the top center, for adding essential oils for aromatherapy.
- Filter Compartment: Located at the bottom, housing the multi-layer filter.
5. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your HIMOX Air Purifier for the first time:
- Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging.
- Remove Filter Packaging: Before using the air purifier, turn the unit upside down and twist the base counter-clockwise to open the filter compartment. Remove the pre-installed filter and take off its plastic protective bag.
- Install Filter: Place the filter back into the unit, ensuring it is seated correctly. Close the filter compartment by twisting the base clockwise until it locks securely.
- Placement: Place the air purifier on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 30 cm (12 inches) of space around the unit for optimal air circulation.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the air purifier and then into a standard electrical outlet.
6. Operating Instructions
Your HIMOX Air Purifier offers several functions for customized air purification.

6.1 Power On/Off
- Press the Power Button (
) on the control panel to turn the unit on or off.
6.2 Fan Speed Adjustment
The air purifier has three fan speed settings:
- Press the Speed Button (
) repeatedly to cycle through Low, Medium, and High speeds. - The indicator lights on the control panel will show the current speed setting.
6.3 Sleep Mode (Low Noise Operation)
For a quiet environment, especially during sleep:

- The lowest fan speed setting operates at approximately 20 dB, providing a tranquil atmosphere.
- Select the lowest speed for quiet operation.
6.4 Aromatherapy Function
Enhance your environment with essential oils:

- Open the essential oil port cover on the top of the unit.
- Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil (not included) onto the aromatherapy pad.
- Close the cover. The fragrance will be diffused with the purified air.
6.5 Ionizer Function
The built-in ionizer helps to further purify the air:

- The ionizer works automatically to release negative ions, which help to clump airborne particles together, making them easier for the filter to capture.
6.6 Timer Function
- Press the Timer Button (
) to set the operating time for 2, 4, or 8 hours. The unit will automatically turn off after the selected time.
7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air purifier.
7.1 Cleaning the Exterior
- Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the air purifier with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
7.2 Filter Replacement
The air purifier uses a multi-stage filter system to capture various pollutants:

The filter replacement indicator light (
) on the control panel will illuminate when it's time to replace the filter. For optimal performance, the filter should be replaced every 4 to 8 months, depending on air quality and usage.
To replace the filter:
- Unplug the air purifier from the power outlet.
- Turn the unit upside down and twist the base counter-clockwise to open the filter compartment.
- Remove the old filter. Dispose of it properly.
- Unpack the new HIMOX replacement filter (search for B08QMVS1HQ to purchase original replacement filters).
- Insert the new filter into the unit, ensuring it is seated correctly.
- Close the filter compartment by twisting the base clockwise until it locks securely.
- Plug the unit back in. Press and hold the Filter Replacement button for 3 seconds to reset the filter life indicator.
8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your air purifier, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
