5. Installation
This fixture is designed for wall-mount installation. Assembly is required.
- Prepare for Installation: Before starting, ensure the power to the circuit at the main fuse box or circuit breaker is turned OFF.
- Mount the Bracket: Attach the mounting bracket (included in hardware kit) to the junction box on your wall using the provided screws. Ensure the bracket is level and securely fastened.
- Wire Connections: Connect the electrical wires from the fixture to the corresponding wires from the junction box.
- Connect the black wire (live) from the fixture to the black wire (live) from the junction box.
- Connect the white wire (neutral) from the fixture to the white wire (neutral) from the junction box.
- Connect the ground wire (bare copper or green) from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box.
- Secure the Fixture: Align the fixture with the mounting bracket and secure it in place using the provided screws. Ensure the fixture is flush against the wall and stable.
- Install the Bulb: Open the glass door of the lantern using the special handle design. Insert one E26 base bulb (max 60W, not included) into the brass bulb holder. Close the glass door securely.
- Restore Power: Once installation is complete, turn the power back ON at the main fuse box or circuit breaker.

6. Operation
The c cattleya Outdoor Wall Lantern Sconce operates via a standard wall switch connected to its electrical circuit. Simply toggle the wall switch to turn the light ON or OFF.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
To clean the fixture, ensure the power is turned OFF. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish or glass.
7.2 Bulb Replacement
To replace the bulb:
- Turn OFF the power to the fixture at the circuit breaker.
- Locate the special handle on the side of the fixture and gently open the glass door.
- Carefully unscrew the old E26 bulb.
- Screw in a new E26 base bulb (max 60W).
- Close the glass door securely.
- Restore power to the fixture.
