5. Setup
5.1 Power Supply
The feeder supports two power supply methods:
- AC Adapter: Connect the USB power cable to the feeder's power input and plug the AC adapter into a wall outlet. This is the primary power source.
- Battery Backup: For power outages, install 3 x D-size batteries (not included) in the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit. The feeder will automatically switch to battery power if AC power is lost.

5.2 Food Loading
- Rotate the top lid counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
- Pour dry pet food into the food tank. Ensure the food level does not exceed the MAX fill line.

5.3 App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection
- Download the "Iseefeeder" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS 7.0 or later / Android 4.4 or later).
- Register an account and log in.
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The feeder does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your device. This typically involves pressing and holding the Wi-Fi reset button on the feeder until the indicator light flashes, then entering your Wi-Fi password in the app.
- Once connected, the Wi-Fi indicator light will be solid.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Automatic Feeding Schedule
- Open the "Iseefeeder" app and select your device.
- Navigate to the feeding schedule settings.
- You can set up to 6 meals per day. For each meal, specify the time and the number of portions (1-20 portions). Each portion is approximately 5 grams.
- Save your settings. The feeder will dispense food automatically at the scheduled times.
6.2 Manual Feeding
You can dispense food manually at any time through the app:
- In the app, select the manual feed option.
- Choose the number of portions you wish to dispense immediately.
- You can also choose to skip the next scheduled feeding if desired.
6.3 Voice Recording
- The feeder allows you to record a voice message (up to 10 seconds).
- This message will play automatically at each scheduled feeding time to call your pet to eat.
