- Accessories: Wash the baking tray, wire rack, and rotisserie spit in warm, soapy water. They are not dishwasher safe. Dry thoroughly before storing.
- Hotplates: Wipe the hotplates with a damp cloth after they have cooled. Do not use water directly on the hotplates when they are hot.
- Door Glass: Clean the double-glazed door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Storage: When not in use, store the oven in a dry, clean place.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outage; faulty outlet. | Ensure plug is securely in a working outlet. Check household circuit breaker. |
| Oven or hotplates not heating. | Oven and hotplates cannot be used simultaneously; incorrect function/temperature/timer setting. | Ensure only one function (oven or hotplates) is selected. Verify temperature and timer settings. |
| Food not cooking evenly. | Incorrect rack position; overcrowding; uneven food distribution. | Adjust rack position. Avoid overcrowding. Rotate food during cooking if necessary. Use convection function for more even heat distribution. |
| Excessive smoke during cooking. | Food residue or grease buildup; high-fat food. | Clean the oven interior thoroughly. Use a baking tray to catch drips from fatty foods. |
