- AUX Input (3.5mm): Connect external audio devices using a 3.5mm audio cable.
- DC IN (Micro USB): Connect the provided charging cable and adapter to power the speaker and charge its internal battery.
Setup
Charging the Speaker
Before initial use, fully charge the speaker's internal battery.
- Connect the provided Micro USB charging cable to the DC IN port on the side of the speaker.
- Connect the other end of the charging cable to the included charging adapter, and then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
- The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge provides approximately 8 hours of playback.
Powering On/Off
- To turn ON: Press and hold the Power Button on the top panel until the indicator light illuminates.
- To turn OFF: Press and hold the Power Button again until the indicator light turns off.
Operating
Bluetooth Pairing
To connect your Klipsch Heritage Groove speaker to a Bluetooth-enabled device:
- Ensure the speaker is powered on.
- Press the Bluetooth Pairing Button on the top panel. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash, indicating it is in pairing mode.
- On your audio device (smartphone, tablet, computer), navigate to the Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Select "Klipsch Heritage Groove" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light on the speaker will glow solid.
Auxiliary Input
To play audio from a device without Bluetooth capability:
- Connect a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) from your audio device's headphone jack to the AUX IN port on the side of the speaker.
- Press the AUX Input Button on the top panel to switch to auxiliary mode.
- Adjust the volume on both your audio device and the speaker.
Hands-Free Calling
When connected via Bluetooth, the speaker's built-in microphone allows for hands-free phone calls.
- Answer/End Call: Press the Play/Pause/Call Button once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause/Call Button.
Volume Control
Adjust the playback volume using the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons on the top panel of the speaker.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- Wipe the speaker's exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol sprays directly on the speaker.
Battery Care
