Understanding Ionic Technology:

The Advanced Ionic Technology generates negative ions that help to break down water molecules on the hair, allowing for faster drying. These ions also neutralize positive ions in the hair, reducing static and frizz, resulting in smoother, shinier hair.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your hair dryer.

Cleaning the Air Filter:

The rear air filter should be cleaned regularly to prevent lint and hair buildup, which can lead to overheating and reduced airflow. To clean:

  1. Ensure the hair dryer is unplugged and completely cool.
  2. Gently twist or pull off the rear filter cover (refer to product diagram if unsure).
  3. Remove any accumulated lint or hair using a soft brush or by hand.
  4. Replace the filter cover, ensuring it is securely fastened.

Note: Do not operate the hair dryer without the filter cover in place.

6. Troubleshooting

If your hair dryer is not functioning as expected, refer to the following common issues and solutions:

  • Appliance does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check your household circuit breaker.
  • Reduced airflow or overheating: This is often caused by a blocked air filter. Refer to the "Cleaning the Air Filter" section in Maintenance. The hair dryer has an automatic shut-off feature to prevent overheating. If it shuts off, unplug it, allow it to cool for a few minutes, and clean the air filter before restarting.
  • Hair is still frizzy: Ensure you are using the ionic technology setting (if applicable) and consider using a cool shot at the end of your drying routine to seal the hair cuticle.
