4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Variable Speed Trigger
The drill features a variable speed trigger. Press the trigger gently for lower speeds (up to 350 RPM) for precision screwdriving or starting holes. Press the trigger further for higher speeds (up to 1350 RPM) for rapid drilling.
4.2 Direction Switch (Forward/Reverse)
A switch located above the trigger controls the rotation direction. Push it to the left for forward (clockwise) rotation for drilling and driving screws. Push it to the right for reverse (counter-clockwise) rotation for removing screws or backing out bits.
4.3 Torque Settings
The drill features 18 torque settings, allowing you to adjust the amount of rotational force applied. Lower settings are ideal for driving small screws into soft materials to prevent overtightening or stripping. Higher settings provide more power for larger screws or drilling. The maximum torque is 15 Newton Meters (Nm).
4.4 LED Work Light
A built-in LED light illuminates the work area when the trigger is pressed, improving visibility in dimly lit spaces.
