- Wet the bristles and apply a small amount of toothpaste.
- Place the toothbrush bristles against your teeth at a slight angle towards the gumline.
- Press the power button to turn on the toothbrush.
- Gently move the brush head slowly across your teeth in small back-and-forth motions, allowing the Sonicare to do the work.
- The brush will pause briefly every 30 seconds to indicate when to move to the next quadrant of your mouth. After 2 minutes, the brush will automatically turn off.
2. Brushing Modes and Intensities
Your Expertclean 7300 offers three brushing modes and three intensity settings:

- Intensities: Low, Medium, High
Press the mode/intensity button to cycle through the available options. The selected mode and intensity will be indicated by illuminated lights on the handle.
3. Pressure Sensor
The built-in pressure sensor alerts you when you are brushing too hard. If excessive pressure is applied, the handle will vibrate differently, and the light ring at the bottom of the handle may illuminate.

The pressure sensor alerts you to reduce brushing force.
4. BrushSync Replacement Reminder
Your toothbrush tracks the usage of your brush head and will illuminate an indicator light when it's time to replace it, typically every 3 months.

The BrushSync feature reminds you when to replace your brush head.

- After each use, rinse the brush head and bristles thoroughly under running water.
- Wipe the handle with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the handle in water.
