3. Setup and Installation

- Connect a suitable gas hose (not included) to the gas inlet on the back of the stove and to your gas supply regulator.
- Use appropriate gas-rated sealant tape on threaded connections to prevent leaks.
- Tighten all connections securely, but do not overtighten.
- Perform a leak test using soapy water on all connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. If a leak is detected, tighten the connection or replace the hose/sealant. Do not use an open flame for leak detection.
- Pan Support Placement: Place the pan supports securely over the burners.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Before First Use:
Wipe down the stove surface and pan supports with a damp cloth to remove any manufacturing residues.
4.2 Lighting a Burner:
- Ensure the gas supply valve is open.
- Place your cookware on the pan support over the desired burner.
- Push in and turn the corresponding control knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position. You should hear the igniter clicking.
- Once the flame ignites, release the knob. If the flame does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait for a minute, and try again.
- Adjust the flame intensity by turning the knob between "HIGH" and "LOW" settings.
4.3 Turning Off a Burner:
Turn the control knob clockwise until it clicks into the "OFF" position. Ensure the flame is extinguished.
4.4 General Cooking Tips:
- Use cookware appropriate for the burner size.
- Do not leave cooking unattended.
- Ensure proper ventilation in the cooking area.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your gas stove.
5.1 Daily Cleaning:
- Allow the stove to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove pan supports and wash them with warm, soapy water.
- Wipe the stainless steel surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can scratch the surface.
- Clean burner caps and rings if they are soiled. Ensure they are dry before reassembling.
- Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembly.
5.2 Burner Maintenance:
Periodically check burner ports for blockages. Use a small wire or needle to clear any debris. Ensure burner caps are correctly seated after cleaning.
5.3 Gas Hose Inspection:
Regularly inspect the gas hose for cracks, kinks, or signs of wear. Replace immediately if any damage is found.
