4. Operating Instructions
- Charging Controllers: Gently place your Xbox controller onto one of the charging slots on the base. The magnetic ports will align the controller correctly for charging.
- LED Charge Indicators: The charging system features animated LED lights that indicate the charging status. When a controller is charging, the LED will 'breathe' or pulse. Once fully charged, the LED will turn off or change to a solid color (refer to specific product documentation for exact light behavior).
- Ambient Light Bars: The base includes ambient light bars that automatically adjust their brightness based on the surrounding light conditions. This auto-dimming technology ensures the lights are not overly bright in dark environments but remain visible.

6. Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your charging system:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the charging base and controllers. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Micro-Suction Care: If the micro-suction material on the base loses its grip, gently wipe it with a damp cloth to remove dust and debris, then allow it to air dry. This can help restore its adhesive properties.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, disconnect the power adapter and store the charging system in a cool, dry place.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your charging system, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Controller Not Charging:
- Ensure the AC power adapter is securely connected to both the charging system and a working power outlet.
- Verify that the controller is correctly seated on the charging base and the magnetic contacts are aligned.
- Check that the correct battery cover is installed on your controller for compatibility with the charging system.
- Inspect the battery pack and charging contacts for any obstructions or damage.
- LED Indicators Not Working:
- Confirm the charging system is receiving power.
- The ambient light feature may dim the LEDs in bright environments. Try testing in a darker room.
- Charging Base Moving:
- Clean the micro-suction material on the bottom of the base as described in the Maintenance section.
