1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before operating your television and retain them for future reference. Follow all warnings and instructions marked on the product.

  • Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
  • Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
  • Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
  • Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
  • Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way.

3. Setup

3.1 Attaching the Table Top Stand

  1. Carefully place the TV screen-down on a soft, flat surface to prevent damage.
  2. Align the stand bases with the screw holes on the bottom of the TV.
  3. Secure each stand base using the provided screws. Ensure they are tightened firmly.
  4. Carefully lift the TV and place it on a stable, level surface.

3.2 Wall Mounting

This TV is VESA wall mount compatible. The VESA wall mount brackets and screws are included in the package. For safe installation, it is recommended to use a professional installer.

  1. Remove the table top stand if already attached.
  2. Attach the VESA wall mount brackets to the back of the TV using the specified screws.
  3. Follow the instructions provided with your wall mount kit for mounting the TV to the wall.

3.3 Connecting Peripherals

Ensure the TV is unplugged from the power outlet before making any connections.

  • HDMI Ports (2): Connect set-top boxes, Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, or other HDMI-enabled devices. Use an HDMI cable for both video and audio transmission.
  • USB Ports (2): Connect USB storage devices (e.g., flash drives, external hard drives) to play media files.
  • VGA Slot (1): Connect a computer or laptop using a VGA cable for video output. An additional audio cable may be required for sound.
  • AV Input Slots (2): Connect older devices like DVD players or VCRs using RCA (composite) cables for video and stereo audio.
  • AV Output Slot (1): Connect to external audio systems or recording devices.
  • RF Slot (1): Connect an antenna or cable TV signal for receiving broadcast channels.

4. Operating Your TV

4.1 Powering On/Off

  • Power On: Plug the power cord into a wall outlet. Press the POWER button on the remote control or on the TV unit.
  • Power Off: Press the POWER button again to turn off the TV. For complete power disconnection, unplug the power cord.

4.2 Remote Control Functions

Insert the two AAA batteries into the remote control, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). The remote control allows you to access all TV functions.

  • POWER: Turns the TV on or off.
  • INPUT/SOURCE: Selects the input source (HDMI1, HDMI2, AV1, AV2, VGA, USB, TV).
  • CH +/-: Changes channels.
  • VOL +/-: Adjusts volume level.
  • MUTE: Mutes or restores sound.
  • MENU: Opens the main menu for settings adjustments.
  • Navigation Buttons (Up/Down/Left/Right): Navigates through menu options.
  • OK/ENTER: Confirms selections.
  • EXIT: Exits the current menu.

4.3 First Time Setup Wizard

Upon first power-on, the TV will guide you through an initial setup process. This typically includes:

  • Language selection.
  • Country/Region selection.
  • Auto-tuning for TV channels (if an antenna is connected).

4.4 Media Playback via USB

Insert a USB storage device into one of the USB ports. The TV should automatically detect the device and prompt you to open the media browser. You can navigate through folders and play supported media formats such as AVI, MPEG, MP3, WMA, JPEG, PNG, GIF.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Screen

  • Always unplug the TV before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth (e.g., microfiber cloth) to gently wipe the screen.
  • For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a specialized screen cleaner. Never spray liquid directly onto the screen.
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners, alcohol, benzene, or thinners, as these can damage the screen surface.

5.2 General Care

  • Keep the TV in a well-ventilated area.
  • Avoid exposing the TV to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or high humidity.
  • Do not place heavy objects on top of the TV.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your TV, refer to the following common problems and solutions before contacting customer support.
