Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your Kamoer KCP PRO2 High Flow Peristaltic Dosing Pump. Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain them for future reference.
The Kamoer KCP PRO2 is a variable speed 12V DC peristaltic pump designed for precise fluid transfer in laboratory, chemical, and industrial applications. It features an adjustable flow rate from 40 to 210 ml/min.
Safety Information
- Ensure the power supply matches the pump's voltage requirements (12V DC).
- Do not operate the pump with damaged tubing or power cords.
- Avoid immersing the pump in liquid.
- Always disconnect power before performing maintenance or changing tubing.
- This pump is designed for intermittent applications. Continuous use may reduce tubing lifespan.

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Once connected to power, the pump is ready for operation.
- Adjust Flow Rate: Use the "MIN" to "MAX" speed knob on the front panel to adjust the flow rate. Turning the knob towards "MAX" increases the flow rate, up to 210 ml/min. Turning it towards "MIN" decreases the flow rate, down to 40 ml/min.
- Control Direction: Use the L/R switch to select the pumping direction:
- L (Left): Counter-clockwise rotation.
- R (Right): Clockwise rotation.
- Center: Stops the pump.
- Monitoring: Observe the fluid transfer to ensure the desired flow and direction are achieved. The LED indicator may show operational status.

Maintenance
- Tubing Replacement: The peristaltic tubing is a wear component and will require periodic replacement depending on usage and the type of fluid being pumped. Inspect the tubing regularly for signs of wear, cracks, or degradation. Replace tubing promptly to maintain optimal performance and prevent leaks.
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the pump with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no liquid enters the pump's internal components.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, disconnect the power adapter and store the pump in a clean, dry environment.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Pump does not start | No power, faulty power adapter, or switch in center position. | Check power connection and outlet. Ensure power adapter is functional. Verify L/R switch is engaged. |
| Uneven or inconsistent flow | Worn tubing, air bubbles in tubing, or fluid viscosity too high. | Inspect and replace tubing if worn. Prime the pump to remove air. Ensure fluid is compatible with pump specifications. |
| Leakage from pump head | Damaged or improperly installed tubing. | Check tubing for damage and ensure it is correctly seated in the pump head. Replace if necessary. |
| Reduced flow rate | Worn tubing, blockage, or incorrect speed setting. | Replace worn tubing. Check for and clear any blockages in the tubing or pump head. Adjust speed knob to a higher setting. |
