4.4 Connecting the Propane Fuel

  1. Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
  2. Connect the regulator hose to the stove's gas inlet. Hand-tighten firmly.
  3. Connect the other end of the regulator hose to a standard propane cylinder (not included). Hand-tighten firmly.
  4. Perform a leak test: Mix a solution of equal parts liquid dish soap and water. Apply the solution to all gas connections. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Tighten connections or replace parts as necessary. Do not operate the stove if a leak is present.

4.5 Attaching Grill Grates and Griddle

Place the desired cooking surfaces (grill grates or griddle) onto the stove's cooking area. Ensure they are seated properly over the burners.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Lighting the Burners

  1. Open the valve on the propane cylinder slowly.
  2. Push in and slowly turn one burner control knob to the "HIGH" position.
  3. Immediately apply a long match or lighter to the burner. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and repeat the lighting procedure.
  4. Once lit, adjust the flame to the desired cooking temperature. Repeat for other burners as needed.

5.3 Shutting Down the Stove

  1. Turn all burner control knobs to the "OFF" position.
  2. Close the valve on the propane cylinder.
  3. Allow the stove to cool completely before cleaning, moving, or storing.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Ensure the stove is completely cool before cleaning.
  • Remove grill grates and griddle. Wash with warm, soapy water. For stubborn residue, use a non-abrasive scrubber.
  • Wipe down the stove body with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid getting water into the burner tubes.
  • Dry all components thoroughly before reassembly or storage.

6.2 Storage

Store the stove in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Disconnect the propane cylinder and store it separately in a well-ventilated area. The included carry case is designed for convenient storage and transport of the grill/griddle accessories.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Burner will not light. No gas flow; clogged burner; faulty regulator. Check propane cylinder valve; ensure regulator is connected properly; clean burner ports; replace regulator if necessary.
Low flame, even on high setting. Low propane level; regulator "bypass" mode activated; clogged burner. Replace propane cylinder; reset regulator by turning off all knobs and cylinder valve, then slowly reopening cylinder valve; clean burner.
Gas odor detected. Gas leak. Immediately turn off gas at cylinder. Perform leak test with soapy water. Tighten connections or replace faulty parts. Do not operate if leak persists.
