Note: Mattress is not included with the bed frame.

Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the Acme Sawyer Queen Bed is required. It is recommended that two adults perform the assembly. Clear a spacious area for assembly and keep all tools and hardware within reach.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a soft, clean surface (e.g., a blanket or carpet) to prevent scratches. Identify each component using the parts list provided in your hardware kit.
  2. Attach Rails to Headboard and Footboard: Secure the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure all connections are firm and tightened evenly. Do not overtighten.
  3. Install Slats: Place the bed slats across the side rails. Secure them to the rails using the designated hardware (screws or clips) as per the assembly diagram. These slats provide direct mattress support, eliminating the need for a box spring.
  4. Assemble Storage Drawers: Follow the specific instructions for assembling the storage drawers. Once assembled, carefully install them into the designated slots in the footboard. Ensure they slide smoothly.
  5. Connect LED Lighting: If your model includes LED lighting, connect the LED strip to the power adapter and route the wiring as indicated in the assembly guide. Secure any loose wires. Plug the adapter into a power outlet and test the lighting functionality.
  6. Final Inspection: Before placing a mattress, double-check all connections and ensure the bed frame is stable, level, and all hardware is securely fastened.

Operating Instructions

LED Lighting
