Setup
Charging the Speaker:
Before first use, fully charge your E500 speaker. Use the provided USB-C charging cable and 3 Amp USB charger for optimal charging. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.
- Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the back of the speaker.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to the provided 3 Amp USB charger.
- Plug the charger into a power outlet.

Initial Placement:
For optimal sound dispersion, place the speaker on a flat, stable surface. The E500 is designed for omnidirectional audio, providing a space-filling sound experience.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off:
- Press and hold the Power button on the top panel to turn the speaker on or off.
Bluetooth Pairing:

Optimize your listening experience by selecting one of the pre-set sound profiles:
- Press the Sound button on the top panel to cycle through Music, Movie, and Game modes. Each mode is designed to enhance specific audio characteristics.
3-Band Graphic Equalizer:
Fine-tune your audio output using the dedicated Bass, Middle, and Treble sliders on the top panel. Adjust these to tailor the sound to your personal preference or room acoustics.
True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Function:
For a true stereo sound experience, you can connect two E500 (3rd Gen) speakers wirelessly. Note: The E500 (3rd Gen) cannot be paired with E500 2nd or 1st Gen speakers.
- Ensure both E500 (3rd Gen) speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
- On one speaker (this will be your primary speaker), press and hold the TWS pairing button (refer to your speaker's specific button layout if not explicitly labeled).
- The primary speaker will search for the secondary speaker.
- Once connected, both speakers will indicate successful pairing (e.g., voice prompt "left channel," "right channel").
- Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth. Audio will play through both speakers in stereo.
