6. Pairing/Unpairing Instructions
The outlets and remote are typically pre-paired. If you need to re-pair, pair additional remotes/outlets, or clear existing pairings, follow these steps:
To Pair an Outlet with a Remote Button:
- Plug the wireless outlet into a wall socket.
- Press and hold the small power button on the side of the wireless outlet until its indicator light begins to blink slowly.
- While the outlet's light is blinking, press the desired 'ON' button on the remote control. The outlet's light will stop blinking and turn solid blue, indicating successful pairing for the 'ON' function.
- Repeat step 2, then press the corresponding 'OFF' button on the remote control to pair the 'OFF' function. The outlet's light will turn off, confirming successful pairing.
To Clear All Pairings from an Outlet:
If you encounter issues or wish to reconfigure an outlet, you can clear its existing pairings:
- Plug the wireless outlet into a wall socket.
- Press and hold the small power button on the side of the wireless outlet for approximately 10 seconds. The indicator light will blink rapidly, then turn off, indicating all previous pairings have been cleared.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the devices. Do not use liquid cleaners or sprays.
- Battery Replacement: The remote control uses a CR2032 coin cell battery. When the remote's indicator light dims or it becomes unresponsive, replace the battery. To replace, gently pry open the remote's back cover, remove the old battery, and insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.

- Check if the remote and outlet are within the 100ft operating range.
- Re-pair the outlet with the remote following the instructions in Section 6.
- Multiple outlets respond to one button:
- This indicates multiple outlets are paired to the same remote button. Clear all pairings from the affected outlets (Section 6) and then re-pair them individually to different remote buttons as desired.
- Outlet indicator light not turning on:
- Ensure the wall socket has power. Test with another appliance.
- If the outlet is new, press the small power button on its side to activate it.
