The main dash cam unit with its suction cup mount, alongside the compact rear camera. The main unit features a wide-angle lens and a display screen for real-time viewing and settings.

4. Setup & Installation

4.1 Inserting the Micro SD Card

Insert a Class 10 or higher Micro SD card (not included) into the dash cam's SD card slot. Ensure the card is inserted correctly until it clicks into place. Format the card within the dash cam settings before first use.

4.2 Mounting the Dash Cam

1. Clean the windshield area where you intend to mount the dash cam.
2. Attach the suction cup mount to the dash cam.
3. Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and flip the lever to secure it.
4. Adjust the camera angle to ensure a clear view of the road ahead.

4.3 Connecting Power

Connect the car charger to the dash cam's power input port and plug the other end into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts.

4.4 Rear Camera Installation

Mount the rear camera on your rear windshield. Route the rear camera cable discreetly along the vehicle's interior trim to the main dash cam unit. Connect the rear camera cable to the designated port on the main unit. For automatic display of the rear view when reversing, connect the red lead of the rear camera cable to your vehicle's reverse light positive lead.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Automatic: The dash cam powers on and off automatically with your vehicle's ignition.
• Manual: Press and hold the Power button to manually turn the device on or off.

5.2 Recording

• Once powered on, the dash cam automatically begins loop recording.
• A red dot or recording icon on the screen indicates active recording.
• Press the OK button to manually start or stop recording.

5.3 Menu Navigation

Use the Menu button to access settings. Use the Up/Down buttons to navigate through options and the OK button to confirm selections.

5.4 Playback

In standby mode, press the Mode button to switch to playback mode. Use the Up/Down buttons to select videos and the OK button to play them. You can also view recordings by connecting the dash cam to a computer or by inserting the Micro SD card into a card reader.

5.5 Formatting the SD Card

Regularly format your Micro SD card (at least once a month) to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption. This can be done through the dash cam's settings menu.

6.3 Built-in G-Sensor
