Setup
Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your Comfort Q+ headphones. A full charge provides up to 26 hours of playtime.
- Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
- The LED indicator will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, blue/off for fully charged).
Bluetooth Pairing
Pair your headphones with your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, computer) to enjoy wireless audio.
- Ensure the headphones are powered off.
- Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator flashes rapidly (e.g., blue and red alternately), indicating pairing mode.
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.

- If prompted for a passcode, enter "0000".
Note: The headphones will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
The Comfort Q+ headphones feature Active Noise Cancellation to reduce ambient noise, allowing for a more focused listening experience.
- To activate ANC: Quick press the ANC button. An indicator light (often green) will illuminate.
- To deactivate ANC: Quick press the ANC button again. The indicator light will turn off.

Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function Button (MFB) once.
- Next Track: Long press the Volume Up button.
- Previous Track: Long press the Volume Down button.
- Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up button.
- Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down button.
Call Handling
- Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function Button (MFB) once during an incoming call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
Voice Assistant ("Just Ask")
Access your device's voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant) directly through the headphones.
- To activate: Press the Multi-function Button (MFB) twice quickly.
- Once activated, you can issue commands such as asking questions, setting reminders, or making calls.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the headphones.
- For ear cushions, gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth and allow to air dry completely before use.

Storage

Headphones Not Powering On/Charging

Unable to Pair via Bluetooth
