Setup

This package includes two discs: a 4K UHD disc and a standard Blu-ray disc. The 4K UHD disc offers superior resolution and High Dynamic Range (HDR) for compatible systems. The Blu-ray disc is compatible with standard Blu-ray players.

Maintenance

- Handling: Always hold discs by their edges to avoid fingerprints on the playback surface.
- Cleaning: If a disc becomes dirty, gently wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth from the center outwards. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store discs in their original case, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity.
- Avoid Scratches: Do not bend discs or place heavy objects on them.
Troubleshooting
Disc Not Playing:
- Ensure the disc is clean and free of scratches or smudges.
- Verify that your player is compatible with 4K UHD Blu-ray discs (for the 4K disc) or standard Blu-ray discs (for the Blu-ray disc).
- Check that the disc is inserted correctly into the player.
- Restart your Blu-ray player and TV.
No 4K or HDR Picture:
- Confirm your TV and player both support 4K resolution and HDR.
- Ensure you are using a high-speed HDMI 2.0 or higher cable.
- Check your TV and player settings to ensure 4K/HDR output is enabled.
No Audio or Poor Audio Quality:
- Check all audio cable connections.
- Verify your audio receiver/soundbar settings are correct.
- For Dolby Atmos, ensure your audio system is compatible and properly configured.
