Setup Guide
1. Attaching the Strobe Light
- Ensure your drone's surface is clean and dry where you intend to mount the strobe.
- Separate the two halves of the 3M Dual Lock Mount.
- Peel the adhesive backing from one half of the 3M Dual Lock Mount and firmly press it onto a flat, stable surface on your drone. Ensure it does not interfere with propellers or sensors.
- Peel the adhesive backing from the other half of the 3M Dual Lock Mount and firmly press it onto the bottom of the Lume Cube Strobe.
- Align the two mounted halves and firmly press the Lume Cube Strobe onto the drone until it securely locks into place.

2. Charging the Strobe Light
The Lume Cube Strobe is rechargeable via a Micro-USB port. Use the provided Micro-USB charging cable to connect the strobe to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). A full charge provides over 6 hours of run time.

3. Optional Color Caps
The strobe comes with removable red and green caps. These can be snapped onto the strobe to change the light color for specific visibility requirements or preferences.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off and Mode Selection
The Lume Cube Strobe features a simple one-button control for all functions.
- To Power On (High Strobe Mode): Press and hold the button on top of the strobe for 3 seconds. The light will activate in its brightest, fast-strobe mode.
- To Switch to Low Strobe Mode: While in High Strobe mode, press the button once. The strobe will switch to a slower flashing mode.
- To Switch to Continuous Light Mode: While in Low Strobe mode, press the button once. The strobe will emit a continuous, steady light.
- To Cycle Modes: From Continuous Light mode, pressing the button once will return it to High Strobe mode, completing the cycle.
- To Power Off: At any time, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. The strobe will turn off.

Troubleshooting & Tips for Use
- Strobe Flashes While Charging: This is normal behavior. The strobe may flash to indicate charging status. If this is disruptive, cover the light during charging.
- Sensitive On/Off Button: The one-button control is designed for ease of use. Be mindful when handling the strobe to avoid accidental activation, which can drain the battery.
- Storage in Drone Case: Due to the sensitive button, the strobe may turn on if stored attached to the drone in a tight case. It is recommended to remove the strobe from the drone before placing it in a case to prevent accidental power-on and battery drain.
- Optimal Mounting: While the 3M Dual Lock provides a strong hold, consider the drone's balance and propeller clearance when choosing a mounting location.
