Thank you for choosing the PowerLocus PLX2 True Wireless Earbuds. These earbuds are designed to provide a high-fidelity audio experience with ultimate freedom of movement. Featuring Bluetooth 5.0, IPX5 splash resistance, and a long-lasting battery, they are perfect for daily use, sports, and travel.

This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new earbuds to ensure you get the best possible experience.

Setup Guide

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the Micro USB cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).

2. Pairing with Your Device

The PowerLocus PLX2 earbuds feature automatic pairing for convenience.

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device (smartphone, tablet, PC, etc.).
  2. Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
  3. On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
  4. Select "PowerLocus PLX2" from the list to connect. You will hear a confirmation tone from the earbuds once connected.

Note: Once paired, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

For connecting to a TV or Nintendo Switch, an additional Bluetooth transmitter may be required.

Operating Instructions

Wearing the Earbuds

Choose the eartips that provide the most comfortable and secure fit for optimal sound quality and noise isolation. Gently insert the earbuds into your ears and rotate them slightly to ensure a snug fit.

Mono and Stereo Mode

The PLX2 earbuds support both mono and stereo modes. You can use both earbuds together for a stereo experience or use a single earbud (either left or right) independently for mono audio. Simply remove the desired earbud from the case, and it will connect to your device.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Solution
Earbuds not pairing/connecting.
  • Ensure earbuds are charged.
  • Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
  • Forget "PowerLocus PLX2" in your device's Bluetooth settings and re-pair.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close it, wait a few seconds, then remove them again.
Only one earbud working.
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then take them out together.
  • If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's website for specific reset instructions if not in manual).
Low volume or poor sound quality.
  • Adjust the volume on both your device and the earbuds.
  • Ensure eartips provide a good seal in your ear. Try different sizes.
  • Clean any debris from the earbud nozzles.
  • Ensure there are no obstructions between the earbuds and your device.
Earbuds not charging.
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Try a different USB cable or power adapter.
  • Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case.
