4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Korg B2 digital piano:

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the piano and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.
2. Placement: Place the piano on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is adequate space for the music rest and pedal.
3. Attach Music Rest: Slide the music rest into the designated slot on top of the piano.
4. Connect Damper Pedal: Plug the included damper pedal into the PEDAL jack on the rear panel of the piano.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• To power on, press the POWER button located on the left side of the top panel.
• To power off, press and hold the POWER button until the unit shuts down.

• USB (Audio & MIDI): The USB Type B port allows you to connect the B2 to a computer or smart device for MIDI data transfer and audio recording/playback. This enables use with music software, learning apps, and digital audio workstations (DAWs).
