1. Important Safety Information
Please read all instructions carefully before using your Haden Microwave Oven. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open as this can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy.
- Do not place any object between the oven front face and the door or allow soil or cleaner residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
- Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. It is particularly important that the oven door closes properly and that there is no damage to the: (1) Door (bent), (2) Hinges and latches (broken or loosened), (3) Door seals and sealing surfaces.
- The oven should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except properly qualified service personnel.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, level surface away from heat sources and water.
- This appliance is equipped with a child safety lock feature. Refer to the "Operating Instructions" section for details on how to activate and deactivate this function.
- Do not heat liquids or other foods in sealed containers since they are liable to explode.
- Only use utensils that are suitable for use in microwave ovens.
- When heating food in plastic or paper containers, keep a close eye on the oven due to the possibility of ignition.
- If smoke is observed, switch off or unplug the appliance and keep the door closed in order to stifle any flames.
- Microwave heating of beverages can result in delayed eruptive boiling, therefore care must be taken when handling the container.
- The contents of feeding bottles and baby food jars shall be stirred or shaken and the temperature checked before consumption, in order to avoid burns.
- Eggs in their shell and whole hard-boiled eggs should not be heated in microwave ovens as they may explode, even after microwave heating has ended.
2. Product Overview

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the microwave oven and all packing materials from the carton. Check the oven for any damage, such as dents or a misaligned door. Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. Contact customer support if any damage is found.
3.2 Turntable Assembly
Before first use, assemble the turntable components:
- Place the rolling ring (turntable support) in the center of the oven cavity floor.
- Place the glass turntable plate on top of the rolling ring, ensuring it sits securely in the center hub.
Ensure the turntable rotates freely before placing food inside.
3.3 Placement
- Place the oven on a flat, stable surface that can support its weight (approximately 10.5 kg).
- Ensure there is adequate ventilation space around the oven: at least 20 cm of space above, 10 cm at the rear, and 5 cm on each side.
- Do not block any ventilation openings on the oven.
- Keep the oven away from heat sources, such as stoves or radiators, and away from water.
3.4 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the oven's requirements (230-240 V / 50 Hz).
4. Operating Instructions
The Haden Microwave Oven features a digital control panel for easy operation.
4.1 Control Panel Overview
- Digital Display: Shows time, power level, and cooking status.
- Power Level Button: Selects microwave power levels.
- Weight Defrost Button: Initiates defrosting by weight.
- Clock Button: Sets the current time.
- Preset Button: Accesses pre-programmed cooking settings.
- Auto Cook Button: Activates automatic cooking programs.
- Stop/Cancel Button: Stops cooking, clears settings, or cancels operation.
- Weight/Time Dial: Adjusts cooking time, weight for defrost, or selects menu items. Press to confirm selection or start cooking.
4.2 Setting the Clock
- Press the Clock button once. The hour digits will flash.
- Turn the Weight/Time dial to set the hour.
- Press the Clock button again. The minute digits will flash.
- Turn the Weight/Time dial to set the minutes.
- Press the Clock button one more time to confirm the setting.
4.3 Microwave Cooking
- Place food in a microwave-safe container on the glass turntable. Close the door.
- Press the Power Level button repeatedly to select the desired power level (e.g., P100 for 100% power, P80 for 80%, etc. There are 5 power levels available).
- Turn the Weight/Time dial to set the cooking time. The maximum cooking time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
- Press the Weight/Time dial (or Start button if available, otherwise the dial acts as start) to begin cooking.
4.4 Auto Defrost
This function allows you to defrost food based on weight or time.
4.4.1 Defrost by Weight
- Place the frozen food on the turntable.
- Press the Weight Defrost button.
- Turn the Weight/Time dial to select the weight of the food.
- Press the Weight/Time dial to start defrosting.
4.4.2 Defrost by Time
- Place the frozen food on the turntable.
- Press the Weight Defrost button twice (or until the time defrost mode is selected).
- Turn the Weight/Time dial to set the defrosting time.
- Press the Weight/Time dial to start defrosting.
4.5 Child Safety Lock
To prevent unsupervised operation, especially by children, the oven is equipped with a child safety lock.
- To Activate: Press and hold the Stop/Cancel button for approximately 3 seconds. A lock indicator will appear on the display.
- To Deactivate: Press and hold the Stop/Cancel button again for approximately 3 seconds. The lock indicator will disappear.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning of your microwave oven will ensure its longevity and efficient operation. The interior is designed for easy cleaning.
- Always unplug the oven from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Oven Interior: Wipe the interior cavity, including the stainless steel lining, with a damp cloth after each use. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Glass Turntable and Rolling Ring: These components can be removed and washed in warm, soapy water or in a dishwasher. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the oven.
- Oven Exterior: Clean the exterior surfaces, including the stainless steel, with a soft, damp cloth. For best results on stainless steel, use a specialized stainless steel cleaner and polish in the direction of the grain.
- Door Seals: Regularly clean the door seals and adjacent parts with a damp cloth to remove any food spills or residue. This helps maintain a proper seal.
- Do not allow the control panel to get wet. Clean with a soft, damp cloth.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your microwave oven, please refer to the following common problems and solutions before contacting customer support.

8. Warranty and Support
This Haden Microwave Oven is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty materials under normal domestic use.
The warranty does not cover:
