Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to set up your SYLVANIA Mini Multicolored Christmas Lights:

1. Carefully remove the light set from its packaging. It comes neatly wrapped to prevent tangling.
2. Before decorating, plug in the light set to ensure all bulbs are functioning. If any bulbs are out, refer to the "Troubleshooting" section for replacement instructions.
3. Unroll the lights gradually as you decorate to prevent tangling. For easier installation, consider keeping the lights partially coiled and unrolling sections as needed.
4. The green wire blends well with Christmas trees, wreaths, and bushes, making it ideal for various decorating needs.
5. You can connect up to 5 identical light sets end-to-end to extend your lighted length. Ensure the total wattage does not exceed the maximum recommended load (check product labeling for specific limits).

Operating Instructions

Once installed, simply plug the light set into a suitable electrical outlet. The lights will illuminate immediately. There is no remote control for this specific model; operation is via direct power connection.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and performance of your Christmas lights:

• Inspect the light set annually for any damage to the cord, bulb sockets, or bulbs before use.
• Store the lights in a cool, dry place when not in use. Carefully coil the string to prevent tangling and damage to the wiring.
• The set includes 2 flasher bulbs, 2 spare bulbs, and 1 spare fuse for minor repairs.

Troubleshooting

If your light set is not functioning correctly, consider the following:

Lights Not Illuminating:

• Check Power Connection: Ensure the plug is securely inserted into a working electrical outlet.
• Check Fuse: The plug contains a fuse. If the entire string is out, the fuse may have blown. Replace it with the spare fuse provided. To replace, slide open the fuse access cover on the plug, remove the old fuse, and insert the new one. Close the cover securely.
• Check Individual Bulbs: If only a section or a few bulbs are out, an individual bulb may be loose or burnt out. Gently twist each bulb to ensure it is seated correctly. If a bulb is burnt out, carefully pull it straight out from its socket and replace it with a spare bulb. The set includes spare bulbs for this purpose.
