The Traeger Pro 575 features a D2 Direct Drive digital controller and WiFIRE Technology for precise temperature management and remote control.
3.1 Loading Pellets
Open the hopper lid located on the side of the grill. Fill the hopper with genuine Traeger wood pellets. The 18-lb hopper capacity supports extended smoke sessions. The grill's auger system will automatically feed pellets into the fire pot as needed to maintain the set temperature.
3.2 Control Panel Operation
The control panel allows you to set the desired cooking temperature. Use the dial to select the temperature in 5-degree increments. Press the dial to confirm the temperature. Push the 'Ignite' button to start the grill. The display will show the current temperature and other relevant information.
