1. Setup
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed. Place the coffee machine on a stable, flat surface. The machine operates on 220V. Fill the water tank located at the back of the unit.

The transparent water tank has a 1.5L capacity and is conveniently removable for cleaning. Ensure the tank is properly seated before operation.
2. Operating Instructions
The Arçelik Telve machine is designed for ease of use, offering a plug-and-play experience for preparing Turkish coffee.
- Add Coffee: Place the desired amount of finely ground Turkish coffee into one or both stainless steel cezves. The machine can brew up to 6 cups simultaneously.
- Select Cup Size: The control panel features buttons for 3 different cup sizes (small, medium, large) on both the left and right sides, corresponding to the two cezves. Select the appropriate size for your cup.
- Automatic Water Dispensing: Once a cup size is selected, the machine automatically dispenses the precise amount of water from the internal tank into the cezve(s).
- Brewing Process: The induction technology heats the coffee gradually, mimicking the traditional sand brewing method, ensuring optimal flavor development. The patented Cooksense Foam Level Detection Technology monitors the coffee foam, stopping the brewing process at the ideal moment to achieve rich foam and consistent Turkish coffee flavor.
- Completion: A sound warning will indicate when the coffee is ready. The blue light indicator will blink, confirming the brewing cycle is complete.
- Serving: Carefully remove the cezve(s) from the machine. For best results, allow the coffee to settle for a moment before pouring into your cup, or use a fine strainer if preferred.

3. Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your coffee machine.
- Water Tank: The transparent, BPA-free water tank is removable and can be conveniently cleaned.
- Cezves: The stainless steel cezves require no additional care or special use. They can be easily removed and cleaned after each use.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
4. Troubleshooting

- Low Water Indicator: If the water level in the tank is too low, an illuminated warning will appear on the control panel. Refill the water tank to continue operation.
- Coffee Not Brewing: Ensure the machine is properly plugged in and the water tank is filled. Check that the cezves are correctly placed on the heating plates.
- No Foam: Ensure you are using finely ground Turkish coffee. The Cooksense technology is designed to produce optimal foam, but coffee quality and freshness can impact results.
