5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Battery
- Insert the battery pack into the charger. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Plug the charger into a suitable power outlet.
- The charging indicator on the charger will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 60 minutes with the quick charger.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the power outlet and remove the battery.

5.2 Installing/Removing Planer Knives
WARNING: Always disconnect the battery pack before performing any adjustments or maintenance, especially when handling planer knives. Planer knives are extremely sharp.
- Place the planer on a stable surface with the base plate facing upwards.
- Use the provided hex key to loosen the screws securing the planer knives.
- Carefully remove the old knives. Use protective gloves.
- Insert the new HSS reversible planer knives, ensuring they are correctly seated and aligned.
- Tighten the screws firmly with the hex key.
- Ensure both knives are installed correctly and securely before operating the tool.
6. Operating
6.1 Switching On/Off
- To switch on: Press and hold the safety lock button, then press the ON/OFF trigger switch.
- To switch off: Release the ON/OFF trigger switch.
6.2 Adjusting Planing Depth
