The lock box comes with a default factory code of "0-0-0". To open, ensure the dials are set to "0-0-0" and twist the knob to the "unlock" position. To set your personal 3-digit combination code, follow these steps:

- Inside the lock mechanism, use two fingers (thumb and index finger) to move the lock slot from position A to the side, then up to position B. Do not move it directly from A to B, as it may get stuck.
- Set your new 3-digit code by rolling the dials to your desired numbers. Ensure all numbers are centered on the dial.
- Move the lock slot back from position B to position A to complete the code setting.
