Setup
Connecting the Headset
- Attach the Boom Microphone: Insert the removable boom microphone into the dedicated port on the left earcup. Ensure it clicks securely into place. If not using the boom mic, ensure the mic port cover is in place to protect the port.
- Connect the 3.5mm Cable: Plug the 3.5mm audio cable from the headset into the audio jack of your desired device.
- For PlayStation (PS4/PS5): Plug the 3.5mm cable into the controller's headset jack. Adjust audio settings via the console's system menu if necessary.
- For Xbox: Plug the 3.5mm cable into the Xbox controller's headset jack. An Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter (sold separately) may be required for older controllers.
- For Nintendo Switch: Plug the 3.5mm cable directly into the console's audio jack.
- For PC/Mac: Plug the 3.5mm cable into the computer's combined audio/microphone jack. If your computer has separate audio output and microphone input jacks, a PC splitter cable (not included) may be required.
- For Mobile (iOS/Android): Plug the 3.5mm cable into your mobile device's audio jack. Adapters may be required for devices without a 3.5mm jack.
- Adjust Fit: Adjust the headband and earcup position for a comfortable and secure fit over your ears.
Operating Instructions
Audio Controls
- Volume Control: Rotate the outer ring on the left earcup to adjust the game audio volume.
- Mic Mute: Press the center button on the left earcup to mute or unmute the microphone. The LED indicator on the boom mic will illuminate red when muted.
Microphone Usage
- Boom Mic: For optimal voice clarity, position the boom mic approximately 1-2 inches from your mouth.
- Integrated Mic: When the boom mic is detached, the headset automatically switches to the integrated microphone for calls and chat.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cable Care: Avoid sharp bends or excessive pulling on the audio cable to prevent damage.
- Microphone Handling: Handle the detachable boom mic with care. Frequent removal and reattachment should be done gently to ensure longevity.
Troubleshooting
- No Sound or Low Volume:
- Ensure the 3.5mm cable is fully inserted into both the headset and the device.
- Check the volume control on the left earcup and ensure it is turned up.

- Test the headset with another device to rule out a device-specific issue.
- Microphone Not Working:
- Ensure the boom mic is securely attached and not muted (LED should not be red).
- Check the microphone input settings on your console, PC, or mobile device.
- If using on PC with separate audio/mic jacks, ensure a PC splitter cable is correctly used.
- Test the integrated mic by detaching the boom mic and checking if it functions.
- Poor Sound Quality:
- Ensure the audio cable is not damaged and is fully connected.
- Check for any interference from other electronic devices.
- Adjust audio equalization settings on your device if available.
