Setup
1. Unpacking and Placement
Carefully remove the amplifier from its packaging. Place the amplifier on a stable, level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
2. Power Connection
Connect the supplied power cable to the AC IN port on the rear panel of the amplifier and then to a suitable electrical outlet.

3. Instrument Connection
Plug your guitar into the INPUT jack on the front panel using a standard 1/4-inch instrument cable.
4. Optional Connections
- FBV Pedal: Connect an optional Line 6 FBV foot controller to the FBV PEDAL jack on the rear panel for hands-free control of presets and effects.
- USB: Connect the amplifier to a computer (Mac/PC) or mobile device (iOS/Android) via the USB port for recording, editing tones with the Spider V Remote app, and firmware updates.
- AUX IN: Connect an external audio player to the AUX IN jack to play along with backing tracks.
- Headphones/Line Out: Use the PHONES/LINE OUT jack for silent practice with headphones or for connecting to a mixing console or audio interface.
