The XP208w features a 4-channel mixer with individual volume controls for each channel. It also includes Bass and Treble EQ controls that affect all channels globally.

  • Channel 1 & 2 (Mic/Line Inputs): These channels accept XLR or 1/4-inch inputs for microphones or line-level devices. Adjust individual volume using the corresponding gain knobs.
  • Channel 3 (Line Input): This channel accepts 1/4-inch or 1/8-inch (3.5mm) line-level inputs.
  • Channel 4 (Bluetooth/USB Wireless): This channel is dedicated to Bluetooth audio streaming and the XPD2 USB Wireless System.
  • Bass & Treble: Adjust these knobs to shape the overall tone of the audio output.
  • Reverb: A variable reverb control is available for the mic/wireless inputs to add spatial effects.
  • Master Volume: Controls the overall output level of the PA system.

5. Daisy-Chaining Multiple Systems

The XP208w includes a Line Output, allowing you to connect and daisy-chain multiple XP208w units or other powered speakers for expanded sound coverage. Connect a 1/4-inch cable from the Line Output of the first XP208w to a line input on the second unit.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Care: For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing the unit for an extended period, ensure the battery is charged to approximately 50-70% and recharge every few months.
