Setup
1. Charging the Battery
- Connect the charger to a standard electrical outlet.
- Slide the 2.0Ah PWRCore 20 Lithium Battery onto the charger until it clicks into place.
- Allow the battery to charge fully. The charger's indicator light will change to confirm full charge.
2. Installing the Battery
- Align the battery with the battery port on the base of the hammer drill handle.
- Slide the battery into the port until it locks securely into place. Ensure it is fully seated to prevent accidental dislodgement during operation.

Operating Instructions
1. Installing Drill Bits
- Ensure the drill is off and the battery is removed.
- Twist the chuck counter-clockwise to open the jaws.
- Insert the drill bit fully into the chuck.
- Twist the chuck clockwise to tighten the jaws securely around the bit. Hand-tighten firmly.
2. Selecting Mode and Speed
The drill features multiple modes and speed settings for various applications:
- Drill Mode: For general drilling in wood, metal, and plastic.
- Hammer Drill Mode: For drilling into masonry, concrete, and brick.
- Driving Mode: For driving screws. Adjust the clutch setting to prevent over-driving or stripping.
- Speed Selector: Use the switch on top of the drill to select between low speed (for high torque applications like driving screws or large diameter drilling) and high speed (for faster drilling with smaller bits).

3. Operation
- Ensure the battery is installed and the desired mode and speed are selected.
- Position the drill bit on the workpiece.
- Press the trigger to start the drill. Variable speed is controlled by the amount of trigger depression.
- Apply steady, even pressure. For hammer drilling, additional pressure may be required.
- Release the trigger to stop the drill.
