7. Troubleshooting
7.1. Controller Not Pairing or Connecting
- Incorrect Pairing Mode: Ensure you are using the correct button combination for your device (HOME + Y for Switch/PC, HOME + A for Android).
- Battery Level: Confirm the controller has sufficient charge. Connect it to a power source using the USB-C cable.
- Bluetooth Interference: Move closer to your device and ensure no other strong wireless signals are interfering.
- Device Bluetooth: Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your console, PC, or Android device.
- Restart Devices: Try restarting both the controller and the device you are trying to pair with.
7.2. Controller Not Responding After Pairing (Android/PC)
- Android Specific Pairing: For Android, ensure you paired using the HOME + A button combination. Pairing with HOME + Y might cause it to be recognized as a "Pro Controller" but with non-functional buttons.
- Power Saving: The controller may aggressively enter power-saving mode. Try pressing the HOME button or connecting it via USB-C to wake it up.
7.3. Analog Stick Calibration Issues
If you experience issues with analog stick accuracy or drift, you may need to calibrate the sticks through your device's system settings. For Nintendo Switch, navigate to System Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Calibrate Control Sticks. Follow the on-screen instructions.
7.4. Controller Not Charging or Powering On
- Cable Check: Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the controller and the power source. Try a different USB-C cable if available.
- Power Source: Try a different USB power source (e.g., a different USB port on your PC, a different wall adapter).
- Reset: Some controllers have a small reset button (often requiring a pin to press). Check the controller for such a button and attempt a reset if present.
