Setup

Mounting the Dash Cam

1. Choose a Location: Select a spot on your windshield that does not obstruct your view of the road. Typically, this is behind the rearview mirror.
2. Clean the Surface: Ensure the chosen area on the windshield is clean and dry for optimal suction.
3. Attach the Suction Mount: Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and flip the lever to secure it.
4. Attach the Dash Cam: Slide the dash cam onto the mount until it clicks into place.
5. Adjust Angle: Adjust the camera lens to ensure it captures the road ahead clearly.

Powering On

1. Insert Memory Card: Insert a compatible Micro SD card (up to 32GB, Class 10 or higher recommended) into the card slot until it clicks.
2. Connect Power: Plug the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket and connect the other end to the dash cam's power input.
3. Automatic Power On/Off: The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts, and power off when the vehicle is turned off.

Operating Your Dash Cam

Loop Recording

The dash cam features seamless loop recording. When the memory card is full, the camera will automatically overwrite the oldest unlocked video files to ensure continuous recording without manual intervention. This function ensures you always have the most recent footage available.

G-Sensor (Emergency Lock)

The built-in high-sensitivity G-sensor automatically detects sudden shakes or collisions. When an event is detected, the current video footage is automatically locked and saved to a separate "Event" folder on the memory card, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. This ensures critical evidence is preserved.

Parking Monitoring & Motion Detection

For 24-hour protection, enable the Parking Monitoring and Motion Detection features. When your vehicle is parked and the dash cam detects motion or an impact (via the G-sensor), it will automatically turn on and begin recording. This provides surveillance even when you're away from your car.

Maintenance

• Clean the Lens: Regularly clean the camera lens with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear video quality.
• Format SD Card: It is recommended to format the Micro SD card periodically (e.g., once a month) to prevent data corruption and ensure optimal performance. Back up any important files before formatting.
